2. Description of Service
Dream Catcher is a personal dream journal application that allows you to:
- Record and store your dreams
- Receive AI-powered analysis and insights (Premium feature)
- Sync your data across devices (Premium feature)
- Track patterns and themes in your dreams
3. User Accounts
You may use the App without creating an account. However, to access cloud sync features, you must sign in using Apple Sign In or email authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create within the App, including your dream entries and notes. By using cloud sync features, you grant us permission to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
You agree not to use the App to store or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
5. Premium Subscription
Dream Catcher offers premium features through in-app purchases. Subscription terms:
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
6. AI-Generated Content
Dream analysis and interpretations provided by the App are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only. They should not be considered professional psychological, medical, or therapeutic advice.
7. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
8. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Dream Catcher and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dream Catcher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
